HTML5 VS. WPF/Silverlight – War going on inside Microsoft
Very interesting piece. I'm surprised he said "WPF is dead". It had seemed like there hasn't been a strong community behind it. I guess it makes sense. I can definitely see that HTML5 is going to be huge, it has been hyped up a lot but it is getting the kind of unanimous support needed from all the major players to push it forward as the main GUI platform of the future. I'm looking forward to what this will bring. I hope everyone can implement the spec correctly so there isn't much variability in behavior of our apps on different browser/platforms (like IE vs Chrome, etc)
